I'd like to know more about this 501k match.
Diversity means - everyone but white middle aged males.
& specifically at bnym - cheap labor ….so India.
& throw a load of diversity word propaganda on the my source site that costs nothing rather than actually providing healthcare. Timely 501k match , & raises.
Have you seen Robin's linkedin post where he celebrates "diversity" by posing with a bunch of brown skinned, browned haired, brown eyes employees in India? I guess his idea of diversity is a little off base...

@sqs, that's funny, a we started hot bunking a decade ago. They want us in the office but won't even give us our own cubicle.
And how would Mayors "encourage" us to bring people to the office?
Also, I remember hearing tales that someone got mu---red outside of Pittsburgh HQ many years ago so I don't think the crime rate issue is new.
Pittsburgh is closing it last McDonald’s- not due to lack of people in downtown- but uptick of dr-gs, crime and vagrants in the store. So…. Who wants to meander out of the office for lunch today? Safety is no issue…….
1 percent pay raises. No bonuses supporting inflationary politics certainly isn't conducive to workers returning the office. It's a pay cut

BNY Mellon has been pro "in the office" since the beginning of time. If there is a political aspect to this, it would be at the local level with the Mayors encouraging the company to bring people back into the city to provide the daily support of struggling businesses.
