Can anyone share what the 10 year service anniversary gift (approximate value) is? I know we get to pick from a catalogue…just curious if it will be a ream of copy paper or a fancy paper clip holder?

My 10 yrs at old BofA (pre-NationsBank) was Tiffany pearl necklace. (still have it - gorgeous) At 15, i picked an entire Cuisinart cookware set. (still have that, too)
Post-merger it started going downhill (like my bonus! haha)
Don't even remember 20 and 25.
Got the luggage set at 30, but it's only cheap-o Samsonite. (it's in the garage, probably headed to eBay)
Oh - and I got taxed on all that stuff. No gross-up comp to cover the tax. That was a kick in the a$$.
If I'm still here at 35, maybe I can say "I got the t-shirt!" (made in China!)
Pre boa the best was like luggage but for 20 years they offered a mountain bike. When the bank bought us out I got the 25 years cornerstone lucite brick paperweight as was mentioned. For our paperless office.
My 30 yrs of "souvenirs" is all in a box in the garage.
Tons of this cheap logo'ed cr@p on eBay.
Ironically, years 1, 5 and 10 were higher quality (and more choices) than 15, 20, 25 and 30.
Pre-merger (for pretty much every predecessor bank) was way better catalog!
I still have my 20 year piece of junk laying around collecting dust on a shelf in my home office. I also have a few lapel pins that are as meaningless as was my 23 year career at BAC. (I do miss a few peeps, but not the executives)
Jelly of the month club
a PPE gift set (masks, wipes, sanitizer).
A lunch coupon for Panera!
flagescape pin for your interview suit!
Much like everything else about this company be prepared to be underwhelmed. The card they send with it makes it sound like you've been doing charity work for them
In 2020, there were options for the lucite doorstop/paper weight/dust collector (which doesn't matter in open workspace), a carry on luggage bag, a simple unappealing watch and maybe a vase? Something between $20-40.
