However, if the layoffs were happening and someone was to make a survey Do you think you will be a target?, I think there would be many who would answer that hypothetical question with arguments of why they should not be cut.
The reason for that is there are still many who believe that there is some fairness when it comes to cuts. This is of course wrong thinking.
