Does anyone know whether due to rules of certain countries BNYM has a phased retirement policy in any country? Meaning once someone reaches retirement age they can step down the number of days a week they work for a few years, while maintaining benefits.

That's something our department (IT) has done for many years. We've had people working four-day weeks for a year or two before retiring. I think that's the minimum required to maintain full benefits.
