@4jhg+1lw4Xedh I strongly disagree. I was laid off during Todd and was considered a "top talent" with many exceeds ratings and had metrics to support success. I was told my role was eliminated however nobody else who did my role was let got. Truth is, my boss is racist. I have receipts to prove it. But was paid to stay silent via separation agreement. Provide for my family vs hold a cr-p manager accountable ...

@4rpa can't point out anything to counter the fact that 90% of bk employees look the same so they just use the race card.
Todd “fired” no one. Todd DID lay off employees who were actually being terminated for cause. He could have simply fired them with no package, but he wanted to extend a layoff package in light of the COVID era and the difficulties in job hunting in those days.
To put it another way, if you were displaced in the Todd era then you really had to stand out as a non performer. So you got the package and were rewarded with a generous year of vacation… so what exactly is the complaint?
@1nmc, yeah, but did your teacher let you interact with so many people from the country that has almost half of the world's current slaves?
@1xyb, Todd fired me during the peak of covid in the us. Errr, I mean he eliminated my position yet every project I was planning on working on is now being done by a Patel.
And NO LAYOFFS under Todd.
