I have not opted out. I just simply ignore them. I don't fill them out or submit them. The funny thing is - each week, I get a "follow-up" email reminder basically saying "hey we noticed that you did not fill out or submit your 'anonymous' survey. How do they know I did not submit my "anonymous" survey. They know. They know.

They have the same questions every time. It’s so pointless.
I stopped receiving them. I checked my spam box and they were all going in there. Lol. I don't remember setting that rule but works for me.
