When h€ll freezes over and the pigs start flying around.
At least another year or so
When we get passed the anticipated "mild recession". 2024. Or if earnings still weak, then '25.
As long as they are able to keep pushing the work out to fewer and fewer people, the freeze will remain.

Maybe when profits exceed 10 billion per quarter? 8 billion record last quarter wasn't enough.
