Thread regarding Bank of New York Mellon Corp. layoffs

Elon Musk - what a clown

He goes on a tirade about how it’s immoral for people to use services that require workers to be in the “office” while at the same time expecting to WFH. If he’s suggesting that workers are treated equitably in working environments then does he realize the aluminum for his cr-ppy Tesla cars come from Bauxite mines? Does he mean to suggest that his factory workers have the same conditions as those miners ? No, people follow this false prophet because of his bank account. We have a very weak culture indeed. Fact is work where you are most productive, full stop! Get out of this command and control post WWII notion of governance. And Mr. Musk, it’s you who are in La La land!!

Elon fits right in with these historical greats, and you could add Edison and Tesla as well.

What’s so funny is that you have complained and hated him ever since he took Twitter and recreated it as the first free speech social media platform.

Unfortunately he is a type of human being who doesn't care about humanity and people wellbeing , just see how he treats his staff. I put him in the same basket as Bezos or Jobs. These guys are good to make money but that's about it.

Musk is pretty smart but only half as smart as he thinks he is.
It's just amazing that he pulled off the stuff he did at paypal that would have cost our company tens of millions of dollars in fines. Just from a KYC perspective...

His MARS mission is going to fail big time, that's why this knucklehead wants all of us to practice collaboration in Office, confined in a imited space difficult to breathe. Predictive programming. You all know what's ahead !

Bach, Beethoven, Einstein, Davinci all of these were renaissance men, not some over rated douche that makes cr-ppy cars and took 18 years to launch one rocket. And btw they all worked at home. And before you say anything, yes Einstein worked at a patent office, but he solved general and special relativity AT HOME

@okx

Making cars is about 1% of what Elon Musk does. Look what he did with Twitter… talk about David and Goliath! He spilled the beans on the entire deep state, created the first uncensored social media platform and put a light on all of it.

Seen any rocket launches lately?

Elon Musk is one of the greatest minds of our time.. He’s what we once called a “renaissance man”…. Good at everything, a classical Lliberal belief system (which is now called Libertarian or Conservative). So funny to see the sheeple here reducing him to just another anti WFH-guy. Productive driven people all want to work together in collaboration with one another. The vaunted water cooler is where the slackers gossip, hang out, network and sc--w off until quitting time.

Elon makes cars. People need cars to drive to work. More driving more cars sold more money for Elon. No surprise he's talking up his book.

When you have billions and billions of dollars you can say the Moon is made of cheese and people will applaud you.
