There are some good and bad things about this program. Of course WFM always implements a new program without working out the bugs first. They have people sitting in an office that come up with this stuff and never talk to TM's who actually do the work that could give them great feed back. Down stacking the truck, down stacking and stocking frozen and stocking chips "TOGETHER" is a fantastic concept if everyone does it. We all know the slackers will ki-l the hard workers here. This is already happening in my store and the TL and ATL will do nothing to fix it, just like they did nothing before Siracha. Krono's scheduling is making it even worse since it just started scheduling more people to come in after those duties should be done then when you need the people to help you. This just started last week if I believe my TL, which I don't. Having two buyers per day buying for all sub teams pretty much took away any ownership and the sub teams look like garbage more and more everyday. No more attention to detail, no more personal touch. They should have left the buyers and did Siracha with the actual grocery stockers only. My TL and ATL used toi work really hard but they feel like Siracha has released them from that so now all they do is walk around and talk. They say that is the program but the program is for them to come in 8 to 4 but they still come in at 5am or 6am because they like getting out earlier. I would say I hate my job even more now but I don't think it is possible. I tried to hang on since I have been here over 20 yrs but I am now joining the job search. Wish me luck.

The hard working employees work harder while the lazy managers and lazy employees get lazier. It's really to push more work on the ones who are already working hard, thereby freeing up more time for the lazy ones to enjoy more leisure time.
All these programs are disasters designed to work their employees to deeth. Meaning do the same amount of work with less people, often involving lifting heavy objects throughout most of the shift. Of course if it is not working, the employees are the ones to blame for not working hard enough or fast enough. Then they come up with another lame program with a stupid name that's just as bad as the one before. If an employee passes out from exhaustion, then the blame is on that employee for overworking himself "unnecessarily."
Who pays more than WFM?
Leave! It's so much better most other places. OTS>In-Stock>Sriracha are all garbage programs that will never work without labor they refuse to give. Next year it will be called something else but it will still be a mess. I switched companies to get a several dollar an hour raise for easier work.
