If you have a diagnosis that is covered by the ADA, then yes likely. Go through medical accommodation team. Don’t seek advice here as some are not helpful and only fear monger. If you have a documented disability covered by the ADA you will be fine.

Several posts on here have said for a while that HR is enforcing RTO. When I see it, I'll believe it. The group that sits next to me only has 10-15% that come in regularly. I know how many are in that group because I was there when they first moved in so no enforcement yet.

Guy in GIS moved to a new location that doesn't have an office and he gets to work from home full time. If they like you and you're good with SLT, they will allow it despite the 3/2 bs they keep talking about.

All of the approved manager exceptions will eventually have to go through HR. Crack down is coming

Keep in mind, you aren't required to drive to work. Not a reason to be accommodated.

Possible. Read the ADA guidelines. Migraines if severe enough can hinder driving, similar to epilepsy.

Check with you manager to see if they will allow you to WFH. I am aware of 2 associates in my LOB that didn't go through HR. The manager granted the exceptions.

Go to HR Connect and fill out a Medical Accommodations form. Someone from the team will reach out to you to discuss your particular situation. I would not crowdsource here.
