The bank is moving around employees. LOCRO got several employees added to their teams. We have a so called new "proficiency coach" for CRO but she doesn't know litigation and is never in the office. She pawns off her work to CRO specialists, makes them set up meetings and makes them track everything for her and then acts like it is her own work. It's a joke. The I.C.'s are so scared that they have more work than other that all they do is escalate and complain that they have too much to do. Too many daily reports, doc exes, and emails. All while the so called managers are too busy to see that CRO is about to go down the drain due to all of the inexperienced leaders. It is only a matter of time.

I’m glad someone asked what that means, cause I had no idea either. I’m like CRO, chief risk officer….
It’s so many acronyms
@1dsu+1mbvoIYG do you realize how big this damn bank is? I’ve literally never heard of LOCRO and I’d guess 90%+ of the bank hasn’t either. You make a great example of how self absorbed so many people at this place are.
You must not work at the bank.
LOCRO = Legal Order Case Resolution Operations
CRO = Case Resolution Operations
- C. = Individual Contributor
You MOFROS sound extremely LOCROs
Since you like acronyms, here is one. WTF are you talking about?
