I accepted a new job today that is fully remote. It's a good position with good benefits and pay that might be a little lower than here but there are options for improvement. All I wanted to say is not to give up. I've been searching for almost a year, and am finally able to leave this place. All it took is perseverance.

Congrats, I just accepted a full WFH position as well, with a raise, bigger than the few years I've been at the bank combined, plus a nice yearly bonus that isn't 1-2%.
Congrats. Took me a little bit of time as well, but was able to find a better situation. Hybrid 3 days working from home, 2 days in an office. About a 30% bump in base pay compared to BOA and better 401k match and benefits. And a terrific boss as well.
Congratulations on your new position, I am also able to work from home. I have 3 remote jobs now, base TC is 450k. Living the dream. Fu ck BOA
I’ll be fully remote at BOfA forever too… accommodations forever. I won’t do the shared space/no assigned desk gig.
See you back in about 24 months.
When I work from home, I forget about work as soon as I wake up
😂😂😂
Remote is so overrated. The office is where it's at! When it's time to go home you get to power off and totally forget about cr-p until the next day.
Congrats buddy. You are so brave.
God speed soldier!!
Living the dream!
Congrats!!!!
