Thread regarding Bank of New York Mellon Corp. layoffs

Future beyond control

Perhaps I am exaggerating, but very often I get the feeling that our so-called leadership does not know what it is doing, that is, that they have lost control over the situation here and the future of the bank. That's just my personal impression and one of the reasons why I'm looking for other opportunities.

Robin is a Wall Street guy.
Everytime they bring someone from outside as CEO,they sc--w up and walk away with golden parachute.
They need someone who came up ranks as CEO.
Can't trust wall street guys.

@OP

Don’t think that you’re exaggerating at all. Haven’t seen a competent CEO here since Gerald Hassell, and he sure wasn’t any visionary like a Frank Cahouet.

Our leaders will transform our bank as they see fit. It is going to take time and many people may be unhappy.

Also, take me with you please.
