Morale has been terrible for at least 5 years. It's a different company and will never change back. They pay a lot better then competition, unless you are lazy. That is why they are able to keep people. Either you are making good money compared to an industry standard and can't afford to leave or you are lazy and too lazy to go find another job that will pay you more. That's the only reasons anyone who had been with the company long enough to be part of the "good Ole days" would still stick around. Those days are gone forever and have been gone forever for years. And if you think a union will make it better, it won't. Amazon will make sure life is even more living he-l for you and the union will fight for a dime raise each year for you.: @tgil+1mwSyjam
