They really need to get rid of the number of days given. 13 is ridiculous and I’m sick of dealing with same people calling out about any little thing . HR says you cannot address them until all 13 hours are used. Yet the rest of the team gets stuck picking up their slack. If you’re going to call out all the time why not leave so we can get someone who actually wants to work

It has everything to do with the same slackers calling out sick , slackers who called out constantly before covid and constantly when fully staffed. They need to be cut loose not allowed to take sick time for paper cuts then all the vacation days as well that they don’t deserve cause they don’t work now
why would your blame be on the people taking sick days and not the company which doesn’t allow for adequate staffing to ensure coverage? summertime is tough due to vacations but your anger is misguided.

Sadly I’m getting used to these University of Phoenix poster’s unintelligible posts. I remember when BK was a respected employer and was able to hire the cream of the crop. Wonder when the slide in hiring quality started.
Not this again. If you are not smart enough to use 13 vacation (I mean sick) days then too bad for you! I use all 13 days! Use em or lose em! They are there for the taking - why would you. It use them?! Lol. People amaze me.

Agree. They have to know that this will hurt to company by having people call out for a crooked toe nail. Or they may be that d-mb. Not sure.
