While BofA has many flaws. This is not one of them!
Yes.. one colleague of mine lost their home and the relief fund assithem with hotel vouchers. Another person I know had fell behind on some of their bills and requested assistance. The relief fund asked for supporting documents and then assisted with financial assistance via a deposit into their account.
Yes colleague was a victim of an apartment fire. The bank did them right from what all I gathered.
