Have come across rumor that they may ask for 4 days in office per week from September. Rumor Mill location: NY
If true, then at this point the work is not “Hybrid” anymore.
Any more sources to this smoke?

Hey, are you NY slackers still off for the Canadian wild fires or are you being told to use your Summer Days LOL…
One day in the office is more than enough for weeks one on ones and team meetings... IF only BNYM allowed managers to manage, while also hold unproductive teams/managers accountable.
You can always commute in a hybrid is that’s an issue.
Plenty of room. Return to work.
It’s probably because of New York Summer daze…
Should be plenty of room after all the cry babies who have been blabbering for the past 3 years straight finally stop with the threats and actually leave. Don't let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya!
I have not heard this. Though not true of every floor, my floor in 240G has plenty of groups not coming in.
Mandatory 5 days by start of 2024!
Seating is definitely an issue since our building merged another whole building in just before covid and each section had to give up seating to fit them in . Then they took out desks to add couches in the middle of the floors for some d-mb reason . Plus I’m not making my staff move to 4 days when we’ve been doing 3 from the start and other mgrs within the team haven’t even made their staff do 3 yet . Not happening
Not impossible with office space at all. What’s your location? We’ll help you find your office.
Pittsburgh can easily support it’s entire workforce in the Client Service Center. We’re ready for full time in office no problem. And five days in office, no problem at all. It’s really going to be great to be back to normalcy.
I heard this and 5 days next year. Remember - Robin warned us that he didn’t want to have to do this but would if he felt it necessary. The writing was already on the walls.
Impossible with the current seating allocations. People will be working on laptops in the cafeteria.
