He’s all talk…. I remember his seminal “I have a scream” speech, but soon realized it was a daily screed against other senior leaders, his direct reports and anyone else within earshot.
We’ll all know what he’s working on in Growth Ventures soon enough when we hear the screaming.

@2juj agreed. Strategy was taken away from him and given to one of RV's new ex-Goldman people. Seems like a big sign of lack of confidence there. Giving him "Growth Ventures" may mean there's something RV wants him to do before he's pushed out of the Bank.
