I was laid off after 15 years and they tried to offer me my job back on my last day (plus 2 other peoples’ jobs lol). It was complete chaotic disorganization at the top. I took the generous severance and ran to my new, higher paying job. I feel like I wasted 4 years at WFM when we all saw how cr-ppy our day-to-day work life was getting with Amazon. I saw 90% of the high performers I worked with either leave or get laid off over the last 2 years. People are viewed as a liability.

yea it turns out chasing out employees making above base wage for the position is harder than amazon thought, but judging by my store, outside the STL and ASTL, everone is gone. GG amazon
