On one hand every store is short staffed and almost all the good employees are gone, the people left are begging for new hires, etc
On the other hand i WATCH EVERYDAY as TM's get asked to do multiple jobs, stay late, work outside of their job descriptions AND THEY DO IT EVEN THOUGH YOU CAN TELL THEY DONT WANT TO. GROW A SPINE. Its too late for this company, but just generally in life, dont roll over for anyone. The leadership in this company is horrible , dont be scared of them. LEARN HOW TO SAY NO. I read on reddit, etc all these kids asking the internet questions THAT THEY CAN EASILY ASK COWORKERS/TL'S , but they wont because they are too scared.
The only culture you all are building here is a culture of failing while getting pushed around by pale tofu eaters with green hair. You all complain everyday on here and reddit, BUT YOU ARE THE PROBLEM. good luck on this sinking ship you wimps.
