I started as AVP at over 110k. It was a nice move from my previous job but soon learned raises are on average 2%, which is pathetic. So use the experience to get a better paying job outside of the bank.

Be careful of the trolls. You can tell a troll from the type of questions they ask.
Yes but note that the bank is a mixer in bonuses or pay increase. I will not join if I know about bonuses.
Will it cover your living expenses there + fund your savings and fun?
I would say yes. I would be happy with that unless you are a manager.
