Waiting on an offer from BAC in tech, just received an offer from a startup that is close to $300k total comp, will a B4 role in tech hit that level?

Many B3's don't make 300k total comp (including bonus and stock options). B4 certain is not.

May be around half of that, depends if your locations. 150K+ if you are in CA or NYC.
Why does this question sound like a troll?
B4 probably won't even pay clpse to that. Go with the startup especially if early in your career. Come to the bank if you want something more stable.
