I still find it hard to believe that some of the people who were laid off had absolutely no indication that this was going to happen.

However, I did hear that there are many who were not laid off in the massive layoff and without any previous indications. It must've been quite shocking.

Consumer was hit. I’m unsure the actual department as those laid off where recently “reassigned” to new roles following the April reorg
They merged consumer and business lobs. A lot of band 4 positions became redundant. We lost one such position and got 4 lower band positions in global resources. I am not sure if it was planned
The fact that there are now two posts about recent layoffs without referencing the LOB, location, etc seem rather dubious.
What lines of business were hit.
