If Consumer and Small Business will be merged, does anyone know who will lead the combined organization? Holly O'Neill or Sharon Miller? I would assume it would be Holly O'Neill. There is a ton of redundancy, so some layoffs or reassignments would make sense.

Then, one will gradually win out. (once they find an "acceptable" place for the other)
They'd find a way to keep both as they need the numbers to bolster the "women in senior leadership toles" count.

So it doesn't really matter who gets it. The AI world is coming and alot of consumer jobs are in it's path. If I was somebody coming out of college I would not pick banking unless I was in sales. All these back office style jobs are all fair game.
I would not count on that.
