It's becoming really annoying. I get the feeling that the manager is always looking over my shoulders and it is not a very stimulating environment to work in.
What surprises me is that they never seem to stop finding new ways to micromanage even more?

We need more micromanagement and managers need to become more engaged in understanding what their subordinates actually do.
