Has anyone within roles that are not client facing been advised to go in office 2-3 times a week months ago however it was not enforced, now we are being told by leadership HR is pushing hard for it and doing badge swipe reviews and will be reaching out to associates who are not complying? Anyone else hearing the same? Or know any teammates who have been contacted by HR?

100% true. Doesn't matter what rank or title you have, I've heard of a few incidents where management or HR has cracked the whip.
Couldn’t care less. They’re going to have a big problem when they realize associates don’t care about the threats and lies. Their lack of transparency and BS over the past few years have all of us feeling like they can ki$$ our @$$
I hope the big wigs realize those that did not RTO or do not follow the flex policy are getting a pay bump.
Just had incident w/ Med Accomm team that gave my Dr and PT a really hard time about extending my accommodation for another 6 months while I finish up PT. Gal was SO rude and condescending to me and I was puzzled why it was being pushed back on so hard this time. Gal told my Dr's office that all she cared about was making sure everyone got back into the office and was told she was "out for blood". I had a feeling it was a directive from HR and now all accommodations would be denied, but once I put into writing and cc:d her manager and mine, my extension was approved.
HR staring to pull reports of badge swipes will be making sure you are in 18 times in a 6 week period.
Managers in Hari's organization not coming in will be getting a call from him. Sounds like it's going to hit the fan.
Had a staff meeting today. Manager said HR will run reports to see how many days we swipe badges in a week. I have several people who come in once every couple of weeks.
True. HR is making calls to the worst abusers now. Basically 1st warning. But some floors (Tx) remain near empty.
100% True I have people on my team that were at home full time and were contacted by HR. They are now come in 2-3 times a week. I have been in the office 3 days a week since March 2022.
Ppl on the floor in the back office got Covid and passed it around to eacher other. Some ppl became very sick. We are not directly dealing with the customers.
I will never return to the office. Full stop.
This company has dug its heels in on a completely stupid policy.
(which, I'd add, is completely hypocritical to their (ahem) "environmental" goals)
Pathetic dinosaurs. (and we all know how that turned out!)
100% true.
Started with people not coming in at all and now managers.
