Does anyone know for the Tech IT consulting/contracting roles that are located in Charlotte in the job description if there is flexibility to go into the office in another town/location close by ? Like Fort Mill, etc. Do managers have any flexibility with the location ? Are contract roles hybrid right now too? Thanks.

Does anyone remember the "30 mile rule"? I clearly remember being told a few years ago that BAC was only hiring in cities where we have a large presence and if hired you had to live no more than 30 miles from your office.
The tech center is in the Charlotte area are uptown. Unless the business that you support has its own office elsewhere in town, you’re either uptown or at home.
Fort Mill was used as an example.
There’s no tech center in Fort Mill. Do you expect to just walk into a bank branch and sit somewhere?
That would be up to your manager. And if their manager would let them green light. YMMV
