ridiculous they are not pulling time off reporting out of workday before bothering people and wasting leaders time.

Yep, as a manager I got a call from a Band 2 after being out on vacation and then being sick and not wanting to infect others.

Two of my teammates were called by Band 2. Work Day not updated so they hit the report.

My manager at first told our team we had to be in the office 3 days each week. Then specified if there's a holiday, that counts as a home day for that week. Then specified weeks later that 60% of the week must be in office using bank network, and doesn't matter when or how you do it.

Apparently they're clarifying the rules based on results seen on reports and can see the employee loopholes. Now everyone's time will be scrutinized as a result of the worst offenders until they achieve the expected headcount. Also, i pass by an unbelievable amount of cameras from the parking lot to my desk and even outside the bathroom. I've having near panic attacks from big brother watching my every move.

The calls. Even though the RTO rules don’t apply to everyone. We are given mixed messages regarding RTO. The favorites and D&I are not fully ncluded in the RTO expectation that the rest of us are. They tend to get away with more regarding everything regarding RTO, hours worked in the day, coming in half a day then going home and log in late into the night and weekends. That doesn’t make up for not coming into the office. And we are not busy to justify crazy hours like that.

I got called by manager and I was actually coming in 3 days a week. Then I was told I wasn’t staying long enough. It’s ridiculous.

My car broke down so I can't make 3 days this week. It needs a new oil pressure pump. Hope I'll be ok.

I haven't but my manager started telling us multiple times to get back in 3 days almost a month ago.

I didn't actually believe a band 2 would make any of these calls but I personally know another band 4 manager that received this awkward call from his band 2 executive about him not coming back the past year which is setting bad example for his direct reports and to get back immediately. I'm not sure if my manager received a similar call - we're not in the same state. I expect everyone's lives to be miserable until the magic head count is achieved.

I get why people don’t come in.. this open office cr-p is ridiculous. Everyone reserved their seat with personal items on the desks, it’s not quiet at all! I hear 4 people talking so damn loud currently that I can’t even tune them out with my EarPods. It’s so distracting and stressful!

Not for me, but I hope for a couple of associates. One comes in one day a week for 1/2 a day and 3 others only come in 2 days.

Not yet, I usually go in once or twice a week though. Definitely not committing to the 3 days in office mandate.
