Is there a live HR person to negotiate with and will they negotiate? Advice here??

Assuming you are trying to negotiate a job offer. Yes, you have tremendous leverage. No one wants to work here. They struggle to hire anyone. HR is overworked and will fight to give you anything, just so they don’t have to go back and start the hiring process for the position again.

Like others said, negotiate what? You could get a lawyer, but don’t think we didn’t already have multiple lawyers work on this.

Try the HR contact listed in the sub docs. Worth a try. They will just ask Legal.

Take the SUB plan. Not only is it a very good package, employment is at will and you have no rights to SUB, let alone rights whatsoever. You’ve won the prize… don’t sc--w it up.

Negotiate for what?? Employees have zero leverage for anything. You sign the paper and take the SUB or don’t sign the paper and don’t get the SUB. Period.
