Chase: If exempt (salaried), 2 weeks for each year of service, with max of 60. If non-exempt (hourly), 1.5 weeks for each year of service.

WF is 2 weeks for every year of service. Min of 4 weeks of severance (after 60 days WARN notice) and max is 1 year.

Would love to know Citi, MS, and B of A severance packages…

Those that have been severanced this year have received 2 weeks per year of service, 3 weeks per year if over 20 years.

They are lowering headcount through attrition but 100% are still laying people off in groups. I personally know like 9 people that have been laid off this year.

Normally 2 weeks per year of service. Might be 3 for higher bands. Maximum of 52 weeks.
