after continually cutting benefits, and just last week, the firm cutting staff again, they’re going on saying how they’re investing in their people and how important employees are

You’re decades out of date. It’s been 20 years since we were demoted from “Associates” to “Employees” and more recently from Employees to “Expenses”.
ECRSO management is shallow, incompetent and churn out the same old ‘we are family’ cr-p every single time! What a sham!
They actually said that at this recent town hall?
And the border is closed
“At BNY Mellon, our people are our most important asset.”
They can say it over and over. Eventually, someone will demand proof.
