GOMRCP/Keefer LOB

Anyone else have experience with this LOB? Externally, it seemed pretty good. Internally, it's a toxic culture wasteland. The expectations are inexplicable, unrealistic. You're expected to be perfect at all times, put work above all else, and never question anything even if your questions might help improve something. And you have to be a yes person or they'll see you as an outcast. Terrible place to work.

What about clement's org? She is a keefer peer. You should see her directs. Change have no clue, can't delivery, tech and in general everyone is too afraid to ask the right questions, 20% do the actual work but clement's directs only work by favouritism and no merit. She is smart but can't hold her change team accountable. It's toxic everywhere.

People need to be able to say no to Keefer without fear. Not every idea is the right idea or the best idea. But always being too afraid to speak up leads to unnecessary chaos. Keefer needs to support that environment, which she currently doesn't.

100% agree, very toxic. Keefer's Orgs have always been run that way.
