There's NO WAY anyone will work for a company in 2023 that unnecessarily requires you on site every day. Or course, there is also NO REASON a company shouldn't hire people in any location as long as they can get the right talent for the right money.

She was a proponent of people being able to choose where they work, how many days they came into the office, etc. It will be interesting to see what happens with the 3 day schedule now.
Next person better not come in all heavy handed about more than 3 days in office. They’ll have a revolt on their hands.
