Let’s see Robins excuses for his poor below expectations job performance

All of the real talent walked out the door years ago.
Wealth has needed a change at the top for the last 4 years…good luck. Hemorrhaging business, and pushing for “more bigger clients” with no real plan. Constantly chasing the shiny object while the real talent walks out the door…
They haven’t fielded questions in town halls regularly for 10 years.
What happen to the question section of the TH. Wasn't that the reason foe the call. Oh wait, you can't handle the truth and answer the questions. Nice that you "layoff" people but hire a building dog.
Any thoughts on big org changes in wealth management? Heard rumors that there could be changes at the top. They’re bleeding good talent.
Darn right you green slackers should be required to hear the “inspiring" song they played at the end. We busted our butts to leave the best Bank possible to you and it is YOUR OBLIGATION to those of us who left a thriving bank to you. that came before us".
You better get going because we are still owners and you definitely owe us.
There haven’t been “Big Org Changes” since 2008 when Pittsburgh was finally thoroughly enslaved and had our pensions stolen by New York. And don’t even mention the constant cuts in medical insurance.
90% of all possible cuts have long been completed. Now only the lowest levels in the food chain are picking at the remnants of the Caracas. Simply cannot fathom why anyone outside of the NYC thieves in ExCo would remain there.
So is this is the reason for the expedited end of year cycle? Get it out of the way before the big org changes?
Pro tip - boot-cut jeans exist for a reason.
When will RV announce the true path to our success will be gender neutral restrooms?
Send him back to his failing homeland. The last time the British did anything useful for America was when they sailed east and stayed there. He’s a useless windbag scarface, with all the charisma of a stale crumpet.
From the very outset, his objective was to displace senior, talented and knowledgable staff, installing kids in their place. He hasn’t even tried to hide that goal. It’s disgusting.
I can’t believe the alleged closure of Oriskany.
What a high-performing group of people. What a major error.
Hope the situation each BNY Mellon employee is in makes sense for you.
What exactly is my motivation to give my all and take such great pride in the company that is cutting benefits, firing people, and looking for passive aggressive ways to exit people in droves? Nah. Sc--w that. I think we’ve all seen enough of Robin to know he’s not the guy. Where’s Batman?
Has RV announced any changes to the company strategy? What is the path to growth beside cutting people/benefits?
I think you’re right. RV ran out of there like he had IBS and needed a bathroom urgently.

Hahaaaa! Spot on!

Interns/recent grads don’t have enough experience to see through the facade of accents, jeans, and buzz words. Give them 6 months to a year in this dump, they’ll get a rude awakening.
That was the emptiest town hall ever. I’m going to have to watch it again & pay more attention to see why the meeting was even held. I’m guessing that something will be coming out soon that will be detrimental to employees but they couldn’t do it until he said something to everyone. It was probably hidden & implied in code - going to have to see if it can be figured out. Anyone else feel this way?
Below 41 now. But continue focusing on buzz words & where I complete my work.
What a dump
the one thing he wouldnt blame is RTO,
record high stock price and profit during full time WFH of course is disregarded
We’re all owners! Every +$1 to stock price increases your portfolio by $10, and mine by $200k.
I now know why Robin is pushing for all the interns and recent grad hires. Based on feedback from my young colleagues in growth centers they thought he was so cool. Haha!! Robin likes that they’re so naive not to see through his bullsh-t double speak. They bought into his jeans and boots trying to look ‘hip’ with his stupid accent that isn’t as ‘posh’ or enticing as he thinks it is. They ignored the part about the market and investors thinking we su-k and it being reflected in our stock price. They ignored that Robin’s only thought to add value is to slash expenses by layoffs and moving to growth centers where we pay a fraction of other locations for talent. They ignore that he isn’t GROWING revenue. And he abruptly ended the call. I didn’t even realize he was done talking. No real action steps on what to DO next. Just done talking. I hope he and Alejandro lose their jobs quickly.
was waiting on starbucks when i heard the cringe music at the end. sounded like a world cup game or some sh-t
I love that the stock bonus continues to be hung over our heads. That bonus was earned for our past efforts. Seems like RV was just using the shares to get into everyone's pockets and manipulate us to work harder.
I loved the cringy "inspiring" song they played at the end. As if any of us care or feel an "obligation to those that came before us". What a load of sh*t
If he didn’t have that fancy accent I don’t think he has this job.
He continues with bs.RV has to go.
Ha! Robin says thank you …. As he devalues our stock, reduces benefits & fires people.
What a d*ck
& f the lemmings clapping
