Thread regarding Bank of New York Mellon Corp. layoffs

I have been working under high stress and I am losing hair recently. Should I blame this on BNY?

I am trading my hair for a paycheck. This is sad.

A women manager I worked for at BNYMellon was so stressed she was losing her. She quit.

I was 16 years at Pershing LLC. BNY Mellon in JC, NJ. I went through the same exact thing, when 2008 crash happened I went through a burnout and had gotten sick but that place takes life out of you. I resigned in 2021 and it was the most liberated I've ever felt. Start looking for other opportunities like it's a full time job and get out, you won't regret it

I often wonder if these executives are supernatural beings who employ us simply to slowly absorb our life essence. Draining our energy day-by-day then discarding us once we are dry.

Yeah but keep in mind you will have to give 30 days notice now. And you'll lose you 401k matching if you don't wait for March.
