3000-4000 a year or so raise and same for cash bonus, plus the RSUs. Exceeds/Meets or Meets/Exceeds yearly. FTE beginning 2016. Two off cycle raises of 10k each. Fourth role since I’ve been there. Increasing responsibility, but still not managing people (supervisory/team lead only of an agile software delivery team) of 15-20. Still a VP. Currently at 142k. Would like to step into people management, SVP, and a higher wage. It’s competitive though and in my group the managers have all been in the company 10 years or more and seem happy to ride it out.

@5bvt+1of9Yor1….. 140k for a B5 top range seems about right. I moved into a B4 role before I left BAC a number of years ago, but was at the $140k range as a B5. I thought it was great at the time. Then I was promoted into a B4 slot as an SVP. The move to B4 was a disappointing minuscule bump. I don’t know what I was expecting TBH.
I ended up leaving for a job with a small (400 employee) IT consulting firm and a starting salary of $220k as a non-managing Sr. Cisco engineer. I actually had three offers on the same day with different companies. There is life outside of BAC.
" I've been told I was at the top of my range as B5 for many years now"
this is a big lie, your manager is well trained. :-)
For the past 8 years in IT my raises have been at most 3500 for exceeds/meets. I've worked for the company 14 years and 30 total in my career in somewhat specialized role. I've been told I was at the top of my range as B5 for many years now - I make 140k. I feel I'm paid well but like everyone else would like a larger raise to keep up with higher costs. As long as I've worked for the company I'm at a loss how to know if I'm paid fairly for my skills and on my team. I wish the company was more transparent on pay for roles. It would make it a lot easier to know if a person wants to really go all out to compete for a promotion only to find the next level makes what you make now.
- 1% if you are exceeds meets
8% raise? c'mon bro, are you so called B2, B3? I guess you are a chosen one.
8% on average
Was with Bofa for 5 years and got around 1.5 to 2.3 % yearly. Left and got more leaving than my 5 years combined.
Your raise equates to "free" mental health consultations. You're welcome.
Zero Point Zero.
0% every year.
A global recognition e-card and 1%. Plus some piddly RSUs that lose 20% in value.
As a band 5 with 5 years at BoA, I have received what amounts to 1% raise each year. And then I left the company and got 20% bump.
Zero to 2.8 percent for most
