Anyone else feel themselves becoming someone different? I’m to the point I have no filter and don’t care what I say anymore. The workload is nuts and the amount of incompetence is terrible. Leaving is not as simple when you have tenure and other companies feedback is just as bad as here. Riding out my time I guess until I get forced out which means one he-l of a miserable time

What other companies do you perceive as better and / or what would be or could be better than BNYM? Are talking benefits? Salary? Flexibility? Just curious what you mean.
Put the d-mb phone down and you’ll be just fine with your workload. These OPs jobs aren’t that difficult.
Tenure means nothing here. Don’t know why people think that it does.

And there are plenty of companies that are WAY better to work for. Sure a few are the same or perhaps even worse, but most are better where it counts.
