You would need to obtain HR approval as there are tax implications if working in a different country.

Actually that may depend on if there is a facility. I have been remote nearly 3 years , deployed from another section. There is not a facility close to go to. Which for me is a good thing because I am call center and there would be too much distraction I could not deal with.

No unfortunately. You still have to be able to go to a physical office and have one assigned to you. I have yet to hear of any department not starting to get the “3 days in office” memos. I personally am a “remote” worker and have been for years.. I’m now getting told I need to badge in

No unfortunately. You would need to look outside the bank for that, would jump at that in a heartbeat.
