Worked at BofA years ago, and now at Wells Fargo. Have been perusing the WF layoff page and was interested to see what you folks were saying about BofA. Except for the name, one would think you were talking about the same place: RTO hate, concerns we would move to 4 days a week, management distrust, secret layoffs, etc. Guess it is no better over here...

Isn't the pay at WF much better though?
The grass isnt greener is a coined term which in essence means that both places will treat you poorly
The only green grass is the grass on the country club golf courses where the execs reside

The grass ain’t greener. I see people leave and come back a year later. Saves me the trouble of looking. I’m going into year 25. Looking forward to my 5 week sabbatical leave next year. does Wells offer that yet?
Maybe we should ask that the share holder meetings be held in the evening so more employees could attend in person 🤔
Execs just play musical chairs so the sh*t show follows them
Ironically, the downfall and some of their decisions had a negative domino impact not just to the bank they were at, but the industry and society as a whole. But they get to do a rotation of roles with zero accountability
because same B3/B4 s*hit moved to Wells Fargo
