Unless you’re in Sales, you are an expense. Sales and relationship people make us money. Other positions cost us money now get back to work… you’re costing us money.

We SHOULD be viewed as a number. Problem is, they only look at the payroll number, not the number of dollars we make the company. These id10t execs view us as an expense rather than income generators. The revenue doesn't automatically come in and then they have to pay us. They pay us then we do things to bring in revenue.

We may only be a number to the Bank, but fortunately for us, employees at the Bank are largely innumerate so we need not trouble ourselves about numbers.
