Attrition / Deleted in Outlook

Has anyone seen any attrition after the Nov 27th deadline of complying with the 3 day return to work edict? I just saw my first email recipient marked as “Deleted”.

Gotta be consistent on these things, which is why the Manager and HR Rep have very little ability to intercede.

Speak with your attorney about what?

I did not return the form (nor will i) and I have not been deleted.

(fwiw, I would love to be "deleted". They can speak with my attorneys.)

P.S. I spoke with my manager (B2) who is usually quite accommodating (as I have WFH for 15+ years). He/she (to protect the innocent from the HR Troll on this site) spoke with HR rep, who is also usually accommodating, but the manager, not the HR rep, can do nothing.

Managers and our dedicated HR staff have been spayed/neutered.

Why did Management dig their heels into such a ludicrous position?

This site is becoming no more than high school gossip.

There’s no correlation; most of the deleted you’re seeing are contractors that had their contracts end through normal routines.
