It’s a rolling 90 days. So you can’t just stop going in 3x week after 3 months.
Go in 3 days for 90 days until they find another point of contention or pain point to address.
Spend the other 2 days trying to find a reason to go on leave:)
The requirement is 3 days now. Is the email just a confirmation of the repercussions if you don't comply?
Yes, we had a pull up w/ Band 2 that these emails are coming out. Have not seen yet.

Mandatory 3 days a week they are running monthly reports. Dont comply they will let you go is the rumor
