Does anyone know if badge swipes are being tracked the last 2 weeks of the year?

Last 2 weeks of Dec are not monitored.
Where can one find this Workplace Excellence FAQ doc? Also does this mean any week there is a holiday they aren’t tracking? Also is it true that you only need to meet 3 days in office 4 out of 6 weeks?
