Oct 25 was the last date to communicate the Year End review/rating to team members and Dec 15 was the last date to submit and close it by team managers but neither it is communicated not submitted. Is this normal here?
After doing soo much of work on weekends and meeting the deadline why reviews are not happening on time.

@1cbr With the new pay bands and raises I’m floored to see all of this negativity. Talk about crying poor with a small windfall in your wallets.
What are these new pay bands you speak of... The raising the minimum wage? Not everyone gets a decent raise. We will be lucky to get 1%-2% merit increase.
You should have received this from your manager any time starting December 1st

This is typical here. It comes from the top down. They want to give less and less for merit and incentive. So, the executives put pressure on their management to rate more employees in the mostly meet to below on performance. Eventually, management succumbs to demands and offers up sacrifices. After that, reviews are released and the employees who receive a 1.5 percent increase are told they should be grateful to our overlords or else risk being sacrificed in the next go around.
They had until the 18th technically
I had my review last week and acknowledged the document.
I’m still waiting to even get my goals from my incompetent manager. What’s the point of a broken HR ratings process… let’s all pretend that we have credible HR processes.
Your manager has to release it to you so take it up with that person.
