@3cas+1qBiDL76 give you a decent raise when they know you are being laid off = your money goes back to the house. They do this a lot unfortunately.
I find it funny that they give me a decent raise knowing they will be laying me off. Wow. Nothing surprises me anymore with that place.
we work for the cheapest organization....recently all good news about results and being largest bank with AUM.....never trickles down to workers....big guys just take the largest helping
0% raise..standard bonus.
Very annoyed but told loads were fired and reorg coming.

was told after all the layoffs this month that I was fortunate to still have a role
I remember days of 10%+ bonuses, now lucky to get 5% in same dept,, same PMP. And merits are a joke, but I’m thankful to have not been laid off. Doesn’t mean I’m not actively looking, but grateful at the moment to be employed.
I’ve never known of anyone to beat the inflation rate without describing, lobbying for, getting backing and bringing in a huge successful project.
Unless you do that… you’ll never beat inflation.
Units got 2.5% for merit increases. Not a lot to go around.
I got 6.5% this year.
Raise stinks, gave everyone in the unit the same amount. Not even close to inflation rate

We won’t know until tomorrow the earliest since that’s the official day. Technically anything before can be adjusted so nothing goes out until then
