I was reading over the separation documents and saw that you are ineligible for subpay when you start a new job, even part-time. What I have had a part time job I was working before I was let go from BNYM? Would working that part time job make me ineligible for subpay?

Just a d-mb question how bank will know we have a second job. Its voluntary anyways ???
From past experience, if one already has a second job, it is not an issue.
My separation document said you must notify them after "beginning new employment (defined below)" but then doesn't define it below.
It also said that I'm eligible for SUB payment as long as I met the terms for unemployment, which most people would after losing a full time job even if they had a part time job.
It’s so easy to identify replies coming from the younger generations - so righteous, so disrespectful.
It’s been stated several times on this site. The layoffs included mostly older staff - contributors to the organization over many years receiving higher pay. To offset the appearance of age discrimination, younger true poor performers were thrown in the mix.
We’re all aware why these d-mbasses are providing ignorant comments. So d-mb they don’t even know they’re d-mb.
