Does anyone know if certain levels receive severance rather than SUB? Curious to know if Directors or MDs are treated differently.
(C-suite is a different story)

I was a director let go 2 years ago. I got SUB.
There are minimums and the higher one is in the company, the greater the minimum.
Directors get SUB.
MDs get severance but treated the same as SUB. It ends upon getting a new job.
