You simply could not be less knowledgeable.
Everything that you’re whining about already exists and is easily monitored by employees and customers.
it’s ok to ask for help.

I’ve seen the same problems for the past 10 years and management is not fixing fast enough. Too much work to do since Russian sanctions were missed. Sanctions and KYC first. Overlays on transaction monitoring are being worked on.
Dunno what you’re smoking but every money movement in Treasury Services is recorded, a fee is recorded and there are full audit trails. Customers can view them as well.
Never heard such untruths before on this forum. Somebody has an axe to grind for some reason.
There is no monitoring capability to track payment transactions. The regulators never ask for proof. The revenue numbers are inflated by the US payments co-head CS under JPM Jen. Anyone raising these facts gets the ax. Don’t ask, don't tell and if you are a white guy, you too will do well.
As an application programmer for a few TS applications, I find our business partners don't know the systems anywhere near as well as IT does.
Somebody here assumed that Roman was working on a Blockchain solution for tracking ETF custody assets under management.
As it turns out Blockheads like Roman will soon be in custody in a cell next to Bernie and Catherine Keating.
Ain’t life funny?
Treasury Services has always been well managed. Are you mixing them up with Pershing… the dumpster fire of BNMY?
@1hvd, I'd say that given the number of FAX machines still running in the company, Roman's Digital area is the d*mbest!
The d-mbest department within the bank
Always has been. They rotate liaisons so often none of them know anything about the systems they're supposed to be SME's of. The business owners have no ideas for system enhancements and there is never any money budgeted to do anything anyway.
I will start
Let’s keep this going!
