RAU grants

What are the grants based on? Relative to amount of stock received? Is it based on Band level or income?
There are B4s who received different amounts of stock units so I’m just curious? Anybody know?

@4adl+1qUEOTrp - are you client-facing and/or a manager?
(guessing likely came in higher originally as I've been here my whole career)

Non-client facing/non-manager (by choice).

Just doing the bare minimum running out the clock till medicare OR (drum roll, please) -- a LAYOFF. (why I check this board every quarter wishing...)

Hey, it's not like I'll get paid more for doing more. Top of the range for my division/role. We aren't paid as much as client-facing teams.

Band level doesn’t matter.
Under $100k got 80 shares
$100k to $149,999 got 120 shares
$150k to ? got 180 shares

The more you make, the more you get. I don’t know anyone personally over the $200k mark so no details on that level. They probably got aplenty….LOL

@1cqz+1qUEOTrp I make over $150k and will receive more than 200 RSUs. The formula must have changed.

B5, make 57 base, only got 80 the last couple of years.
Hubby in different line of business B5, 72k base, only 80 the past couple of years.
There’s no reasoning behind anything lately 😂

Right it has nothing to do with Band level - solely based on total compensation.

I saw the breakdown a few years ago, so this is probably off some:

If your total compensation is 50k-100k you get 100 RSUs.

If your total compensation is 100k-150k you get 120 RSUs.

If your total compensation is above 150k you get 200 RSUs.

Again, numbers have probably changed, but this is simply to illustrate that your Band level has nothing to do with how many RSUs you get for the Sharing Success award.
