The math doesn’t add up. In central Ny alone, we’ve lost many large employers this year across varying industries, BNY, Remington Arms, ECR international, to name a few. I have friends all across the country who are experiencing similar layoffs in their states.

I know what the govt numbers are saying, but I'm not buying it. Something is off. Ask people who are looking for career-level jobs. It's very very hard.

Essentially It means that companies are now competing to hire quality employees and for those who are thinking about leaving your timing could not be better. Make sure that your bonus clears first.
